Suzanne Enderlin, Director and Co-founder

Suzanne is a qualified trainer/facilitator and has many years experience training people from different cultures in the international corporate and tertiary education sectors.

In her management roles within the corporate and tertiary education sectors, she was highly successful in building team synergy and obtaining employee buy-in to the broader business vision, strategy, goals and visions of the organisations.

During her career she has travelled regularly overseas and within Australia to continually develop her expertise and explore the latest and relevant trends in the areas of Intercultural Training, International Team Management and Corporate English for non-native English speakers.

In her role as Project Co-ordinator of In-country and Australian Business Immersion Programs, she is committed to helping companies prepare for the risks and challenges of investing and working in other countries, as well as to operate more effectively by bridging the cultural barriers that exist between other cultures and the West.

Suzanne regularly attends international conferences, seminars and training workshops, within Australia and overseas to ensure that the training developed for ICC’s clients is relevant, practical and achieves maximum learning outcomes.

She has travelled extensively throughout her career and has visited 21 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific region and the USA.  She has also lived and studied abroad and has an extensive international network of colleagues and associates.

Suzanne has a Bachelor of Business and Diploma of Education, is a licensed consultant and accredited to use International Profiling feedback and developmental tools and team management work focused feedback instruments.

She was awarded a Cert. of Credit with Distinction for Teaching International English for Business from London University, UK (CertTIEB) and a Cert. in English Language Teaching to Adults issued by the University of Cambridge, UK (CELTA).
