George Enderlin, Director and Co-founder

George has many years experience working as an international Senior Executive with multinational corporations and the Government sector.

He has a strong international profile and has worked in diverse industries with people in executive management from different cultures.

His experience of doing business with multinational corporations around the world, has given him a unique insight into how organisations can maximise their opportunities, reduce their investment risk and achieve successful global outcomes.

George is committed to helping companies prepare for the risks and challenges of investing and working in other countries, as well as to operate more effectively by bridging the cultural barriers that exist between other cultures and the West.

George’s expertise in international strategic business planning, supply chain and logistics management and managing/developing cross-cultural teams for international negotiations, has enabled global trading partnerships to be strengthened and international strategic objectives achieved.

He has travelled extensively throughout his career and has developed an extensive international network of colleagues and associates.

George has visited 23 countries across Europe, Scandinavia, Russia, the Middle East, Asia and the USA and has also worked, lived and studied abroad.

He regularly attends international conferences and seminars to ensure that the training developed for ICC’s clients is relevant, practical and achieves maximum learning outcomes.
